We are committed to providing our guests with a clean, safe and comfortable stay. To ensure our Villa is clean, well maintained and ready to welcome you, we have partnered with Natalie and Geo Andrade of Pineapple Vacation Homes,  a local family owned business with over 10 years of experience managing properties within Windsor Hills Resort. Our partnership offers you the onsite support before, during and after your stay.

SAFETY - Guest safety is of utmost importance to us! We are located in a gated community that has security on staff 24/7.

Our Villa has multiple safety devises that are routinely checked and maintained:

• Carbon Monoxide Detectors
• Fire Extinguishers
• Fire Blanket

• Pool Fence
• Pool Door Alarms & High Door Locks
• Outlet Plug Protectors

• Hearing Impaired Smoke Detector available upon request.

Cameras/Surveillance - To ensure the safety of our Villa have two surveillance cameras installed outside of the home, one at the entryway and the other along side the villa monitoring the pool pump and heater.
