Rates: The nightly rates vary depending on the season and day, we invite you to review our availability and rates for the dates you are interested in by clicking "Quote/Book" at the top of this page. 
Pool & Spa Heat: Included in the daily rate, no additional fees for pool heat.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Why not 100%? The 3% non-refundable is to cover the cost incurred by credit card fees. 

Travel Insurance: We partner with Nationwide RentalGuardian to offer our guests the ability to purchase Travel Insurance during the booking process. The plans protect guests against unexpected occurrences such as last minute trip cancellation, medical problems or weather interruptions.
